Position Summary
Analog Advertising is looking for a research-savvy, insight-driven Brand Insights & Market Analyst to support our creative and strategic teams with data that inspires, informs, and sharpens everything we do. Your role will be to translate cultural movements, consumer behavior, and category trends into actionable insights that drive brand growth and campaign relevance.
Whether it’s decoding a shift in audience perception, identifying a gap in the market, or benchmarking competitors, your work will shape the foundation of our storytelling, strategy, and positioning — for both local and global clients.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in brand research, marketing analytics, or cultural insight roles.
Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Ability to gather, interpret, and present consumer data in a clear and creative way.
Experience analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with research tools like Google Trends, social listening platforms, or industry databases.
Strategic mindset with a deep interest in brand behavior, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
Skilled at writing insight reports, pitch-support decks, and internal briefs for creative teams.
Experience working with creative agencies, research firms, or brand consultancies preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills — able to turn insight into narrative.
Curiosity, critical thinking, and a desire to explore what moves people and markets.
