Position Summary
Analog Advertising is looking for a future-facing, idea-driven Innovation & IP Strategist to lead the charge in creative experimentation, proprietary formats, and next-gen brand solutions. This role is designed for a hybrid thinker — someone who blends creative instincts with a deep understanding of media, tech, and emerging consumer behavior.
You’ll be responsible for identifying scalable opportunities, piloting bold creative experiments, and developing original IPs — from reusable campaign structures to branded content frameworks and tech-integrated formats. Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in creative strategy, innovation labs, branded content, or media R&D roles.
Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and document creative IPs, campaign systems, or storytelling formats.
Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, new media platforms, and creative tech (AR, AI, interactive, etc.).
Ability to forecast cultural and digital trends to propose future-ready brand solutions.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams — from creative to business to production.
Familiarity with IP protection, licensing models, and content ownership structures is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills — can turn a rough idea into a compelling creative pitch.
A deep passion for experimentation, prototyping, and pushing the boundaries of brand engagement.
Comfortable leading internal innovation workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Bonus: background in branded entertainment, storytelling ecosystems, or digital product thinking.
