Position Summary
Analog Advertising is looking for a detail-obsessed, people-smart, and creatively fluent Senior Account Lead to manage some of our most dynamic client relationships. You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution — aligning brand objectives with bold creative, ensuring every campaign runs on time, on point, and above expectations.
You’ll lead day-to-day client communication, brief internal teams with precision, and guide projects from first draft to final launch. This is a leadership role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, collaborator, and fixer — someone who understands not just what makes a brand work, but what makes a client stay.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management or client servicing roles within an agency, production house, or marketing-led organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across digital, experiential, and production verticals.
Exceptional communication skills — confident in leading calls, presentations, and feedback loops.
Sharp understanding of branding, advertising workflows, and creative development cycles.
Experience working directly with creative and strategy teams, translating client needs into clear action plans.
Strong project management capabilities — timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
A client-first mindset balanced with creative respect and team alignment.
Ability to manage pressure and pivot quickly in high-speed environments.
Familiarity with campaign KPIs and post-launch reporting metrics.
An instinct for relationship-building — knowing when to push, when to listen, and how to build lasting trust.
